Production Excellence, Inc. is a Process Industry management consulting and executive development company. We provide industry Executives and Plant Managers with a systems approach to transforming their plant organization and improving the capability of their workforce.

Jack A. Pankoff, Sr.

Mr. Pankoff is President and CEO of Production Excellence, Inc. He is a recognized international management consultant to the global process industry, with 30 years of experience, consulting with and training corporate executives and plant managers in:

• Manufacturing philosophy
• Organization effectiveness
• Strategic leadership and management
• Employee performance improvement

Mr. Pankoff's process plant industry experience is vast. He is the founder and former CEO of TTS Performance Systems, Inc. and the Center for Process Plant Management LLC. Both companies were acquired by KBC Technologies in 2006. Mr. Pankoff served as a KBC Executive Vice President until forming his new company Production Excellence, Inc. (PEi) in 2009. He is a former regional manager of the Olin Chemical Corporation.

He holds an MBA and is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, (AIChE), the International Society for Performance Improvement, (ISPI), and the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
